CANCELATION POLICY

For training hosted by Discover Play Training Institute, registration for the training may be canceled with a full refund up to 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled training date. Cancellation requests should be submitted via email to info@discoverplaytraining.com. Cancellations after 7 days will be refunded with the exception of a $40 administrative fee. If a participant is unable to, or opts to not complete a training after beginning, no refund will be issued and no CE hours will be given due to lack of completion of the full training session. Fees for each training can be viewed on our fee schedule.

Discover Play reserves the right to cancel a training due to insufficient enrollment. Training participants will be notified at least 5 calendar days in advance of the scheduled training date to notify participants of the cancellation. Discover Play also reserves the right to cancel a training due to inclement weather, presenter illness, or presenter family emergency. If training is canceled, participants will be notified as soon as possible prior to the training start time. 

Any training canceled by Discover Play will provide participants with the option to reschedule for future training or to receive a full refund of the paid training fee.
